L’Amoureux (The Lover), the sixth triumph of the Tarot of Marseille, is the central inspiration for our Resort ’26 collection — a study in longing and contradiction: desire and rejection, eternity and impermanence, nobility and pettiness. As the garments move, emotion is stirred; like the tarot, their meaning is found only in close detail and history. The Nexus Dress captures a play of contrasts, balancing romantic leaf detailing against an aloe linen base that evokes an almost optical illusion, finished with gathered panels at a plunging back.
